Meet Our C.E.O
Chris Onwuzulu is the Founder & CEO of Phalice Immigration Consulting Inc. He has always had passion and interest in immigration. He currently resides in Ontario Canada.
Chris’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management from the University of Nigeria; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nigeria and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) from Queen’s University, Kingston, ON. Canada.
Chris is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC#:1041262 ) and holds the highest Class L3 (RCIC-IRB) license from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). The RCIC-IRB designation allows licensees to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and a commissioner for taking affidavits in Ontario.
